Summary

The Global Experiment is an initiative to develop shared civic infrastructure for democratic participation across borders. The documentation explains the experiment's current public release, operating structure, finances, privacy approach, technology, and future direction.

The experiment

The experiment explores how public discussion, collective decision-making, transparent administration, and economic participation could operate within one global framework. Privacy, openness, accessibility, and accountable administration are treated as foundational requirements.

Purpose of the documentation

Each article addresses one defined subject so that visitors, contributors, developers, and other interested people can find detailed information without reading the entire documentation. Technical and operational claims distinguish between what is currently implemented, what is required for version 0.1, and what remains part of the future vision.

Current phase

The experiment is in early development. Version 0.1 establishes its public presence and operational foundations, but it is not yet the interactive democratic platform described by the long-term vision. The Version 0.1 scope article defines the exact boundary of the current release.
